Hi I (F) just tried sounding for the first time ever. It went in extremely smooth, way easier than expected. I was feeling good and all and then uncontrollably peed all over. I thought it would hurt to go into the bladder ??? I didn't feel anything

I'm scared I hit my bladder and hurt it help

Update : indeed, I'm perfectly fine in the morning :) not even pain at urination. I have ocd and definitely was having a panic attack lol. Thanks to anyone who helped me
