Seared Scallops with a White Wine Fettuccini.
I think I’ve got this one locked down. Do the sauce and noodles as a one-pot. Deglaze the pan after cooking the scallops and bacon with some Pinot gris, add to the mix. I only regret I didn’t have fresh parsley.

Yes.
Sprinkle the bacon, not add to sauce, for a better visual look. The pesto kinda just devours it. But otherwise this dish kicks ass and is like… eight ingredients.
