I've often been asked to share the places I visit regularly in the area. Other than work, the places most people who have a gym membership can be found is going to be the gym.

Those of you who have recognized me have always been respectful by messaging me here first instead of approaching me unexpectedly, and I really appreciate that.

If you think you've seen me, I'd appreciate it if you'd do the same—just send me a message here first. If you think you see me at the gym, it's perfectly fine to ask if I'm using a piece of equipment, then message me afterward to ask if it was me.

Lately I've mostly been going to EōS Fitness since it's closer to my community than L.A. Fitness, though I still go to both. I'm usually there in the early afternoon, most often around 3:00 p.m. On weekends, I'm typically there a little earlier, usually around 11:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. or a bit later.
