Finally got my Climax Doll 100cm Morgan delivered
Finally got my torso doll delivered today and honestly… first impressions are way better than I expected. The quality feels beautiful in person. The skin is incredibly soft, the gel butt and breasts feel amazing, and the overall realism surprised me compared to photos online. The face and makeup detail especially look really well done.
I didn’t even put the original wig on yet when I unboxed her, I threw on a black/white wig first just to see how she looked, but I’ll try the stock wig tomorrow morning and compare the vibe. One thing I was REALLY happy about was the weight. It’s surprisingly light compared to what I expected, so I don’t feel like I’m dragging around dead weight every time I move it. Makes storage, handling, and positioning way easier and more enjoyable overall.
Biggest surprise so far is definitely the softness and squishiness of the gel-filled areas. It gives the whole thing a much more realistic and premium feel. Also can’t wait to try the ROS head for the first time. Never used a ROS setup before, so I’m really curious to see how different it feels compared to standard oral designs.

Overall, extremely happy with it so far and genuinely excited to spend more time with it tonight and see how it holds up over the next few weeks. Didn’t get enough photos tonight unfortunately, but I’ll probably add more tomorrow once I try the original wig and get some better shots.
Anyone else here using gel-filled torsos or ROS heads? Curious how they compare long-term with standard Silicone models.
