[42] started with Push-ups. Getting frustrations out.

Several years later. Sprints. Ab stuff. And the goal of 3 workouts a week. 4 is better. 5 seems to be too much. Sometimes its 15 mins. Not once have I regretted hitting the weights or getting my sweat on.
