What happens if instead of holding a long stretched position while doing manuals, I alternatively just repetitively yank the my member upwards in series of high force repetitions a couple times and then pump instead just to get the collagen stress? Could this be a more efficient way of doing manuals or would it have the total opposite effect and cause too much stress?
