A lot of people are complaining about the fact that comments or posts get removed from the thread.

I wish it didn't need to be a thing. But When you sit there and post about services and actions which the workers have performed, and include pricing as well, then you are supplying evidence.

As much as anything which is posted into this thread is actually here say as unless your privacy is revoked through an investigation that the police conduct and they then ask you to testify against a worker for actions which you've posted on here, then it becomes admissible in court.

If you don't like it, then get together and change the laws.

These are the basics of the law

Key legal restrictions in South Australia include:

  • Street Prohibition: Street-based sex work is illegal, and soliciting or loitering in public places for the purpose of prostitution is banned.
  • Brothel Offenses: Keeping, managing, or allowing premises to be used as a brothel is prohibited, and police have broad powers to enter and search premises suspected of being used for sex work.
  • Pimping and Procurement: Living off the earnings of another person’s prostitution, hiring sex workers, and procuring services are all illegal offenses
  • Escort Agencies: While escort agencies themselves are not explicitly mentioned in the legislation, they have historically been treated as illegal brothels if clients meet workers on-site, though outcall services to private locations may operate in a legal gray area.

By posting about things which may or may not have happened with any of the girls, you are providing enough circumstantial evidence for a visit from the police.

How would you like it if the police can just walk into your private space without a warrant and conduct searches and request what they feel is anything that they want to do. Even though they always go outside the powers of this legislation and go into VISA territory, to which they do need to have a warrant in order to ask for any of that information. Unfortunately without knowing the laws, there are plenty of workers who have given up their information as they don't know any better.

It is because of this, that so many posts and comments are removed.

If you don't like it, get the law changed. If you want to write posts, reviews and comments, keep this in mind.

I will be adding a new rule to the group called No Explicit Information, so learn how to say things without being obvious.
