48 days clean from thc, test coming up.
Im so far 44 days clean from thc and the day of the test it’ll be 48 days. I did a morning test first piss of the day no water before hand. It gave me a super faint shadow which was deemed positive. (Super faint not even a line). The first test cut off was 25ng. Obviously got very worried.
Then 4 hours later with normal amounts of water, I did another test (6th piss of the day) I used a 20ng cutoff test. Which was a faint but clearly visable line of negative. (Yippie)
I have a drug test at the police station on Wednesday so in 4 days. I’m wondering how much are these 4 days able to lower my urine enough below 10ng based on these 2-4 half life and my regiment for the test day.
Regiment for 12:30 meeting on Wednesday
Wake up 7, drink 2-2.5L water split through 7-11.30.
Vitamin B complex and creatine at 7:30 and 11.
Powerade 500ml 11:30-12 for density.
Is there anything else I can do or how does this regiment sound? Also I’m 5’8 138lbs very lean with a bit of muscle and fast metabolism. Heavy ass smoker before until I decided to quit but the past caught up to me now that I’m clean lol. I’m nearly clean I wish I had a week or two more to be completely clean but being this close I think it’s possible.
Edit: I’m eating in a calorie surplus and been on creatine for a while, my blood test showed 89 for creatinine which is in normal ranges I drink a lot usually too so 2/2.5L should be fine. Also no training from 64h before the actual test.
