Howdy fellow gainers,

I’m trying to establish a having routine with the Male Hanger compression hanger. I was curious if anyone splits there sets throughout the day instead of all at once? For example, my schedule easily permits me to split my sets by 3x20/30 minute sets throughout the day but not all at once (like 5 mins rest, etc.). Does anyone know if I were to do my 3 sets a day throughout the day for a total of ~ 60/90 minutes a day will yield the same results or is it recommended to do the entire session all at once with shorter rest breaks?
