I’ve been losing weight and feeling better in clothes after having a baby, but I still feel insecure about my “fridge” shaped body. Tbh those memes about the “fridge always guarding the snack” hurt my feelings because a lot of my friends are extremely thin and curvy and I AM the fridge. 😞 My mom also complained about her shapeless, thick figure a lot growing up, and simultaneously would make comments about me being built like her side of the family. The dysphoria runs deep.
I have about 15-20lb to lose before I am no longer overweight.
