Woke up this morning and found out I’d drank 15 units of alcohol and had taken 100mg Zopiclone

It scared me shitless, no clue if I’m overreacting or not, have no idea what is considered safe when booze and Zopiclome are in the mix.

No recollection whatsoever, simply the circumstantial evidence of empty bottles, empty Zopiclone packet and my fucking chat gbt search history.

Sleep has been super rough lately, I’ve been taking 5mg Zopiclone every other night for about a week. I’ve made a very clear point not to drink during this week, though I only drink on occasions anyway.

Will be throwing the rest out. wtf
