I went through a pretty scary medical issue a few years ago and was really struggling. Something that helped me get through it was having a friend to just let know when it was too much. Sometimes I didn’t want to talk about it… most of the time actually. Being able to just tell her hey.. I’m struggling today or I would send a yellow heart ..
It was the fact that I knew she was always on my team. Willing to help however she could but also just willing to shoulder the burden of feeling like that by just acknowledging it.

Don’t stay silent. Reach out. Don’t let it get to heavy 🫂

I love these little share libraries especially this little cute one that looks like a hobbit home. My cute little ferret being silly in the grass, it’s been perfect for him to play outside before it gets too hot for him.
