Small change to help fight spam: user flair now required

Sorry for the heavy spam situation lately. The sub has been getting hit by a lot of bots over the past few weeks, so we’re adding a small extra step to help keep things cleaner.
From now on, you’ll need to have a user flair before posting. Please choose one of the available flairs (continents) - It’s a one-time thing — once you’ve selected your flair, you’re good to go and won’t have to do it again!
