I was born with condition called cryptorchidism and hypospadias. I had few procedures as a kid, they tried to move my balls lower. One of them was in scrotum and one little bid highier inguinal canal. Last procedure I had as 12 yo, they tried to create new urethra and move my second ball but it was unsuccesful. Didnt have mental strength to go for next surgeries. Now I am 30 and decided to finish everything - last month had first stage of hypospadias treatment and doctor suggested remove both of my testicles. They were so small, unproductive (since I am for 5 years on TRT) and dangerous for my health - risk of cancer is very high at my age, with cryptoorchidism and TRT at once. They removed it and left two scars. I feel empty now, can touch the fragile scars and remember what was there. Feel a bit depressed, drink much alcohol, but in november I will get testicle prosthesis (size small - due to small penis), so maybe it will be any better.

The most intresting part I am seriously into cbt stuff, but my own real castration does not turn me.

Tldr: they castrated me in hospital to protect me and now im waiting for sintetic sillicone balls just to look like a man.

I sometimes wish that in my country government introduced new bill requiring every male citizen to be circumcised before certain age, at least before mandatory military service (something like this but not enforced was in South Korea in 90s). The parliament should debate how high and tight official circumcision should be, and those who don't get cut would be punished for evading military service (made themselves unfit). The military office would check circumcision status (often by female doctor) and note in your papers that you have 14 days to filliful requirment. If not - you'll be fined and next time the military criminal court will be involved.

What do you think about it?

It's still a thing in 2026, when somone uncut, decide to circumcision as an adult just to fit the society? For example if they live in Midwest or New England with huge majority of circumcised guys? Did you heard about it? Question from European.

Maybe there is someone who did it because of social pressure or women preference?
