I recently saw a video where a guy acted as a human urinal and drank the piss of 26 different men without knowing who they were. It looked intense but I wonder if such extreme sessions actually live up to the fantasy or if they just feel mechanical and messy in real life.

I am curious how people handle the health risks and safety boundaries when so many anonymous participants are involved.

If you have hosted or participated in something like this I would love to know if it is better in theory than in practice.
