Frisk’s gaze ping-ponged from the overpriced hotel restaurant’s platoon of ficuses, to its much smaller contingent of customers. The food was good, and the company better, but damn, was Sans making it hard to leave. “I am grateful for what I have down here, but, I don’t want to die alone… I know humans and monsters used to be in relationships, but that was before the war.”
