Could anyone with experience attending meetings please chime in and kind of share their experience at a NA meeting?

Today it hit me hard and I know I have a problem. I’m a pretty private/guarded person, so I’m trying to gauge if I should just tough it out on my own, or if the meetings might actually help.

I guess since this is the drugs subreddit after all, for those curious I ingest a ball in under 24 hours, and the frequency has been increasing. The past 5 days I’ve consumed 8g, which led to today and admitting I am a full blown addict.
