I deal with chronic pain and i'm taking pseudo specifically opia. it has been a helpful part of my pain management routine. I usually take it at night because I like the calming, sleepy feeling it gives me. It helps me relax, unwind, and feel more comfortable before bed. So far, it has been working well for nighttime relief and relaxation.
