Hey Guys, looking into adding HGH. I've watched Hinks video regarding peptides and I wonder if HGH would hinder long term gains. Has anyone tried HGH for PE purposes? Curious to hear thoughts and opinions on this.

Length gaining and pumping pressure question

Since my post extending pumping routine post doesn't have any replies I figured I would ask one simple question.

IS high pressure pumping (8 HG+) necessary for length gains right AFTER extending/hanging? OR is it more optimal to stick within 5-7 HG?

I've started taking Magnesium Glycinate ~1 week ago and noticed my lower back, hips, and area underneath my lower abs is very sore. Additionally, I've noticed my erections aren't as intense/stiff. ChatGPT says Magensium Glycinate is good for relaxing soft tissues, which may result in more blood flow to the pp and soreness due to correcting pelvic floor issues. I used to be a serial masturbator from 5th grade to 26 years old. I wonder if this supplement will help correct years of pelvic floor strain/tightness and help me achieve a bigger unit.

What do you guys think?
