Coworkers and the acceptable dress code of open toes sandals
I work in a field with mostly women. Men in this field are rare so it's literally 80%+ women. We should have a dress code. Obviously close toed shoes is/was part of it but lately I've noticed a lot of my coworkers wearing sandals (most likely because it's really hot) and they have some of the most perfect toes and feet. And almost all have their toes pedicured and looking pretty. Just wanted to know if anyone is suffering/living the life like I am. It's just very surprising that almost all have pretty toes and feet. It's usually 50/50 imo because of all the variables. Toes, arch, pedicure color, cleanliness/softness etc but they're all really nice.
