I work in a field with mostly women. Men in this field are rare so it's literally 80%+ women. We should have a dress code. Obviously close toed shoes is/was part of it but lately I've noticed a lot of my coworkers wearing sandals (most likely because it's really hot) and they have some of the most perfect toes and feet.
