Tips on how to better help my girlfriend go into trance

Hi all! So I just really need some advice from both other hypnotists and subjects alike,

You see, when we have time, I have been asking my girlfriend to do more hypnosis with me.

I have been doing hypnosis for a few years now, mostly on here, but it’s always been with people who are either experienced or are eager to go into trance, so I haven’t really done hypnosis with someone like my girlfriend who is this new

She hasn’t really explored, or really had much interest in hypnosis before she met me, but was a little curious about it when I was talking about my own experiences over the years online and in person.

So after asking, she has agreed to be put under hypnosis by me a few times, but it’s not really been consistent at all due to other commitments

But the few times I have tried it with her, I have found that she does enter into a almost deep sleep like trance, where she isn’t too responsive, nor able to retain any suggestions (I choke that up with just more practice though)

I have mostly kept to a 23-30min inductions, where the focus is to relax and go into a blank, mindless state, then awaken from it. I have tried a doll indiction, but she told me after the first one or two goes with it, she didn’t like the idea of being a doll, so moved on from there.

Hypnotic like music, really knocks her out, i have also found, where she appears to go into a deep sleep, though im not entirely convinced

She also tends to like going into trances while laying down, under covers, eyes closed, which after I say, 12 minutes into the trance, she begins to curl up into a more sleeping position

A ok I guess what I am asking, is what can I do to better help my girlfriend into both going into trance, staying in trance, and able to hold into post hypnotic suggestions? Is there any small things she can also do too?

I know she won’t do any self trances as she doesn’t have that deep of an interest.

And also, are there any good written beginners inductions on here that may help too?

Thank you for any tips or suggestions you guys can give!
