Adjacent Parking Lot
Hello, everyone. I’m in San Diego, but find myself in LA for work once a month or so. I’ve been to Stan’s a couple of times now and was hoping you guys could clear up something for me. What’s up with the big, dark parking lot down the street? Not the smoke shop, but the one just past that. It looks like all of the businesses there are closed at night, so it’s just a big, dark lot. I’ve noticed there are usually a number of cars parked near each other in that lot. At first, I assumed it was just Stan’s customers parking there because the store parking lot fills up so quickly. But then I noticed people seem to just be hanging out, either in or near their vehicles. It almost looked like a cruising/dogging sort of scene. What’s going on there? Do people use that lot for playing? Is something else happening? Thanks in advance. If anyone ever needs info on the San Diego scene, let me know — I’m happy to help.
