I would avoid ordering customs from Lacey Jayne.
I’m actually a big fan of her content and have been subscribed to her OnlyFans for a while. I’ve bought videos and pictures from her before and genuinely enjoyed her work. Because of that, I decided to order a custom back in November 2025.
At the time, she told me it would be finished within a couple of weeks. After that, every time I asked for an update, there was always another excuse: “I’m busy,” “something came up,” “I’m not home right now,” “I have a lot on my plate,” etc.
Long story short, it turned into 6 months of waiting with no custom delivered.
I honestly should’ve contacted OnlyFans support within the 90-day window to try to get a refund, but I trusted her because I liked her content so much. I’ve had experiences before where creators took 5–6 months to finish a custom but eventually delivered, so I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt.
At this point though, I’d personally avoid supporting her. It’s frustrating dealing with creators who keep delaying things without delivering.
Has anyone here actually received a custom from her?
