The prompt is simple: I'm evil. You're good. As the evil mage who secretly rules the city, you've been trying to assassinate me for years. And you now had a once-in-a-lifetime chance to get rid of me for good. Only, you didn't know I was thinking that same thought about you~ You teleport into my chambers alone. Armed with only a sword and your wit, you believe getting the jump on me will make this easy. So naive~
All it takes is a wave of my hand to make the annoying little thing appear. A small, fuzzy, purple puffball of soft, silly fur. It seems to be suspended in the air directly in front of your face. No matter where you turn, it is tauntingly quick to reorient itself to never leave your sight. And the more you looked at it, the further gone you become.
Your body thickens, swells, and strengthens into a powerful bipedal lizard. You look like a raptor only three times as large, with supple fat and rigid muscle filling in beneath your smooth, murky-green scales. A big dumb snout pushes out, destroying your ability to speak as your tongue fattens into a lovely, useless lizard-thing lolling out of that big, stupid maw.
The more you stare at the puffball, the dumber you get. Your brain literally shrinking, and shrinking, and shrinking until it's a pitiful little pink nub buried inside your thick lizard head.
You become so ridiculously dumb that you take a clumsy step forward on your gigantic raptor foot. Your tail forced to keep you upright as you mindless sway a little. Your brain literally can't focus on anything beside that stupid puff, so you rely on your fat tail to keep you balanced on instinct alone~! Maybe if you could just... reach it. You take another dumb step forward, a silly grin plastered on your drooling lizard face. You start to mindlessly 'chase' it. Taking a step roughly every second which causes your huge body to ripple as your massive fucking feet STOMP dumbly forward to get the silly thing that you no longer understood was attached to your stupid head~

That's the idea; you become a dumb semi-feral raptor pack-mule for the evil wizard you'd hope to defeat. From then on, you'd mindlessly lumber forward, fully convincing your marble-brain that the next step would bring your maw to the silly puff that now ruled over your lizard-brain!
