Whats up folks. Im just looking for some recent info on crossing over into Mexico without a passport. I got a dummy friend who hasnt gotten his passport yet and I know awhile back you could just pay them something to allow you in, is it still like that or have they become more strict? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
