Limits, thoughts?

So one thing I noticed ever since I started the vac cup attachment for the extended, is that the past couple of times I've used it, upon removal there was a spot of blood at the tiip, (usually when squeezing the gland) not sure if this was a result of too much suction in the cup, or improper sizing?.. Only a couple drops of blood then stop. Should I be applying lube/gels prior to using the cup? Suggestions greatly appreciated. (BTW I wear this at work)
