After 4 Consults. Lift or No Lift?

Confused after 4 consults on lift or no lift, need advice. I was originally a 36A when I got them in when I was 22. Under the muscle, Silicone. They went up to a D and over time they are now a DD.

1st Consult with Dr Rai - He said I was 50/50, borderline in need of lift but if he would recommend it would be a lift to avoid folds and nipple indentions. I liked how personable and thorough he was, as so many have experienced. For lift, capsule and explant $11975.

2nd Consult was with Dr Ortegon in San Antonio, automatically suggested a lift. Not very personable which kind of put me off. When I mentioned I was interested in a capsulectomy he made a face and said it would 'be alot of work'. For lift, capsule and explant $13900.

3rd Consult was with Dr Lawton in San Antonio. He was personable, made me feel heard and told me not to get a lift, I had alot of my own tissue all around my explant that my skin would retract and told me about the risks involved with loss of blood supply and nipple not taking. He has a ton of photos online of several examples of Explant only and Explant w/ lift. I was happy to hear the possibility of not needing a lift as I felt my boobs dont sag too much and my skin is still good (I believe). Explant only cost (No capsule) $12500

4th Consult was with Dr Rogers in Katy. He sat me in the office for 5 minutes going over what I was looking for then I was moved to the consult room, waited for 30 minutes, then he examined me for 5 minutes suggesting a lift to avoid folds and nippled inversion. I felt a bit rushed and having driving hours to be seen for 10 minutes kind of put me off. Explant, lift, capsule $10,500.

I am unsure of what to do - I want to limit the amount of surgeries. I dont really mind the scars as I know they will fade over time. I am open to not having to do the lift because I think my body will bounce back but I realize I am only getting older and maybe it would be a good idea to get a lift now and not regret it later. My leading Drs are Dr Lawton and Dr Rai, but both are suggesting opposite views.

I am open to consulting with other Doctors if anyone can recommend anyone else in Texas but also, should I lift or no lift?
