Hey, all C Andrew here. New moderator just wanting to introduce myself.

Stepping into the role of a moderator means balancing leadership, fairness, and a sense of community. It’s about creating a space where people feel heard, respected, and safe to express themselves. I take that responsibility seriously—whether I’m settling disputes, guiding conversations, or keeping things running smoothly - my goal is always to support a positive environment.

At the same time, I’m not just a rule‑keeper. I’m a real person with my own quirks and confidence, including being a thong wearer. For me, that simply reflects comfort, self‑expression, and owning who I am. It doesn’t change my professionalism; if anything, it reminds me that everyone brings their own individuality to a community.

Being a moderator and being myself aren’t in conflict—they’re both about confidence, respect, and showing up authentically.
