Are opioids a similar feeling to the relief you get from throwing up, just x100?

Whenever someone is describing opioids they always say “ it feels like a warm blanket being put on you in the winter.” Aside from the corniness of this analogy, I would love a more in depth description or different comparison. I know a ton of endorphins are released after throwing up so it would make sense that this would be similar but I’ve never taken an opioid.
