I am trying to find an adult visual novel I saw a couple of years ago.

What I remember:

  • Western-style art, not anime, but still somewhat stylized
  • Mostly static CGs / VN with choices only, no free movement or RPG mechanics
  • Medieval / fantasy setting
  • The protagonist is a princess. In the opening, we are introduced to her, her brother, and their father the king
  • The king quickly drops out of the story, and the brother becomes the ruler
  • Their kingdom is threatened by an unstoppable invading army
  • There are council scenes where the player makes important decisions, such as whether to spend money repairing the castle wall or whether to recall troops to the capital
  • There is a young black-cloaked commander, brunette, kind of inspired by the Starks from Game of Thrones. He may be romanceable
  • There is also another general who turns out to be a traitor
  • During the siege, the brother goes into battle while the princess stays in the castle and can still make decisions
  • If the player makes the right choices, the kingdom can win. I think the traitor may try to kill the brother during the battle
  • If the player loses, the princess is captured by the enemy
