seriously. this is what true bliss feels like. i’ve been befriending the birds in my yard for months now, particularly this dark eyed junco, robin, and song sparrow have all become my homies. they’ll come right up to me, the junco has even landed on the couch right beside me and i feel like a disney princess.
to be fair, i’ve loved birds my whole life and also have parrots so im really good with birds and i know all the tricks for befriending them lol. and dude, when you’re high, birds are like these whimsical little fairies and especially if they trust you and let you feed them and all that, best thing ever.
genuinely healing man, it’s also been helping me on my journey to straight edge. seeing all these happy creatures absolutely thriving, living their little bird lives, it reminds you that there’s natural beauty in this world. you know who doesn’t need drugs to do all that? all those little whimsical ass birds. idk how long it’ll take for me to be able to do that too, it’ll probably take years, but one day it’ll all pay off and i can be free and thriving without having to be high all the time like all these little birds man…
