We all see the new site updates and they have been fine so far, but the affiliate program has had issues.

For those unfamiliar, the affiliate program allows outside sources like other models, fans, blogs and social media accounts to advertise models and make some money for any new customers that use their link. The model will get 30% less on those sales and that will go to the affiliate. More info here: https://scatbook.com/site/faq/999

On the new site, models can see in their wallets a column called 'affiliation fee' which is where the 30% is taken from your earnings.

That 30% is being given to nobody now. It is still taken from models presumably but not given to the affiliates. There is no section in the new wallet to show affiliate earnings, only affiliate fees.

That means they are now pocketing an extra 30% from models on some sales.

I have been talking with support on the site since the update about this and have been told various things from 'that program doesn't exist', 'it's in your wallet you are just not seeing it' and 'we will escalate this to the technical team'.

I have been patient, polite and shown lots of proof that they are wrong and have waited for them without harassment or pestering. Now, my ticket has been unceremoniously closed and I have been IP-banned from the support portal. Yikes.

I thought it was incompetence before but now I believe they are pocketing the 30%.

How to help:

• Ask support for information regarding the affiliate program. Feel free to mention I sent you, I know they might ban my account because of this even though I have been one of their highest earners for years :(

• Check your wallet and see if the 30% has been taken from you on any sales. If so, screenshot this and send it in to support and to me. It's possible the full program is broken since the site update.

• If you participate in advertising for other models, see if you have any earnings in your wallet from this and contact support about where they can be seen in the wallet as there is no section for affiliate earnings.

• Stop using scatbook and darkfans and let them know why. I am not going to do this because I still make good earnings as a model and I certainly don't expect others to, but if this is a 'last straw' moment for you, I really respect that.
