Hello hello! So, I've done quite a few- well, let's just say rougher rps recently. And those are all well and good, don't get me wrong! But like always, I find my mood swinging to where it always seems to orbit right back to- cute romance stories! But this one is just slightly different... Because I'd like it to be set in space! Something about the vast, cold recesses of the cosmos really makes for a setting perfectly fit for two starstruck lovers to tangle up all night, don't you agree? Plus, it's just pretty. A couple waking up while constellations swirl just outside the window - framed by starlight during their lewder activities... Something about it just gets to me! Maybe it's the isolation, too. Stuck on a little ship alone together - what else is there to do but fall in love and explore each other? Maybe with some exciting stops at various planets to break it up? I'm not sure! We can work out specifics later, but I think you get the idea.

Now - a romance post isn't complete without an introduction to one of the characters in question! So, without further ado, let me tell you a bit about the first half of this intergalactic dalliance.

For lack of a better term, Cassie - or Cass - is a shut-in. Granted, it's sort of understandable given she spends all of her time in her ship, but she certainly makes no moves to land if she doesn't have to. She usually spends months at a time in orbit around a planet for work - what kind of work? Primarily satellite software maintenance. She gets up high into orbit to get a good connection, then fixes whatever IT problem the company commissioning her gives. Some may find it dull, but getting to play around with multi-billion dollar satellites can be pretty fun. Gives her a great excuse to add her own little subroutines that transmit copies of practically every piece of media that gets made - all completely for free. She's basically the most boring possible kind of 'space pirate' - but a pirate nonetheless! And a particularly talented hacker to boot. That being said, interacting with other people isn't her strong suit. Most of her day-to-day comes from arguing with strangers about minor quirks in her favorite games in extranet chatrooms.

So, when Cass got commissioned for a *ferrying* job one day, she found herself ill-prepared. But she'd be stupid not to turn it down, not with the amount of money being offered. But even still, she had to take another person, alone, into her ship and cross the entire galaxy with them! It would probably take months, if not years to get them all the way where they needed to go. And even still, why'd they go with her? Were all the other proper ferrying vessels booked up? Ugh. Either way, Cass soon found herself doing her best to tidy up the messy state of her ship. Well, try. Scatterbrained clutter can't all be swept up in the few days she had to prepare. Before she knew it, she was touching down to pick up her new passenger... And long-term roommate.

There ya have it! An introverted space IT specialist and wannabe hacker with poor social skills. A bit of a brat, and just a mess in general, really. But it's her job to ferry her future beau across the whole galaxy, from edge to edge! Surely nothing unprofessional is gonna happen, right? Everything is gonna remain entirely above-board. Totally.

Also: I rp exclusively in third person. I like keeping a degree of separation between us and our characters! Additionally, I'm quite literate - and prefer for my partners to be as well! If you can meet those two conditions, then you're off to a great start.

Why? Simple - I love em! Aliens, that is. It's hard not to when they lend so well to so many of my most loved kinks. Strange/inhuman cocks and cum, oviposition and odd anatomy - they're just perfect! And two, I'm literate and looking for literate partners. But if you can fit those two molds nicely, we shouldn't have any issues!
