Need help to remember this manga

There was this manga i read years ago, non exclusively H-manga but ecchi, has several chapters/volume and NTR was the main plot of the story. Female protagonist dark haired, her husband was blonde (or light haired?) and they both had a child daughter, husband was a construction worker or something related. He was the first one on Ntr'ed her and later she got involved with a handsome man black haired (also with anchor type beard i think?) that she met on some social event, like a convention or something like that, that man was related on a plot with the husband's lover (if im not wrong)... cant remember anymore plot details is that enought?
