Your Opinion matters Do you ever got response from Role play request or it just for like.a4a

I have been noticing that there is many roleplay request here and i responded to many of them but no one answered the call.

so i ask you about your opinion.

ignore below words they just to fullfill requirement.

Here are six considerations when hosting role play training:

  1. Set clear objectives. What do you want participants to learn from the role play? What skills do you want them to develop? Personally, I’ve never found “spontaneous” role play effective, if anything I think it adds to the stress that surrounds it. Even when we do activities everyday – there is still an ingrained perception of “judgement” attached to the term. Roleplay isn’t about judgement, its about practicing skills in a safe environment – one in which the participants leave judgement at the door.
  2. Choose the right scenarios. The scenarios should be relevant to the participants' work and should challenge them to think critically and creatively.
  3. Provide clear instructions. Make sure participants understand their roles and the goals of the role play. This is crucial for an effective roleplay session. For me, nailing the buyers role is of paramount importance. A well-considered and well fleshed out buyer “script” will make roleplay more relevant and “real” and delivers better results. At Transform performance – we use external experts in specific roles (CFO etc) so that the experience is as close as possible to the real world. Consider using people from within the business to support your role play, their perspectives and experience can be invaluable in creating gold-dust moments for participants.
  4. Create a psychologically safe and supportive environment. Participants should feel comfortable making mistakes and taking risks. I find allowing “timeouts” can help participants stay focussed and offers an opportunity to “regroup” mentally if things have gone astray. Create a brief for the seller so they know the specifics of a scenario before they are asked to engage. This can reduce the tension around the experience.
  5. Provide feedback. After the role play, give participants specific feedback on their performance. Focus on what they did well and what they could improve. The “well, better, more” framework works well for roleplay feedback as it focusses on the good and opportunities to improve, rather than the negative – which can make participants feel self-conscious.
  6. Repeat the process. Role play is a learning process, so it's important to repeat the process regularly. This will help participants to develop their skills and confidence. Once into a role play rhythm, the anxiety associated with it reduces.
