I’ve seen a lot of questions on here about Shangri-La, so I thought I’d give my thoughts. Chill place, smaller than I thought. Pics are of the men’s wet area and one of the coed dry saunas. I went today, Thursday morning and it was basically empty. However, as I was leaving a hot, young couple was coming in. I wish I could have stayed to hang with them!
Two wet areas, men’s side/ women’s side, have a small hot tub, small cold plunge, communal shower area and a 5 person MAX steam room.
The coed saunas (there are two. A salt sauna and a traditional clay sauna) were bigger and were nice. I actually enjoyed the larger saunas for stretching out.
I’ve heard the food is actually REALLY good. Ask any questions you’d like.
