My partner and I would like to frequent anal in our sexual life. My only reservation about anal is how it would be like having to go to the toilet and I don't see many people talk about that.

I know it's not about stretching out but rather relaxing the muscles but I still have this (perhaps irrational) fear of frequent anal making it harder to hold back stool.

Is my fear irrational or have any of you experienced problems with this?
