Chaturbate getting viewbotted?
I've looked at chaturbate for over 10 years, maybe I'm imagining this, but I think I've never seen view counts like these before. It's not just a few popular cam models it seems to be very widespread, lots of accounts having 10 or 15k viewers. I would ignore this sort of thing normally, but the site also feels very laggy, so Idk I just kind of felt like it was affecting performance of the site as a whole. Really bizarre, but I've also been on Twitch and Youtube my whole life and if this was a real thing then it could be an attack on the site. It's a known phenomenon that rivals on the internet will viewbot you because it gets noticed and often harms the one getting viewbotted.
Sometimes these things do just happen, a new audience rolls in due to promotion from some other corner of the world or internet. The lag on my end could easily just be from some infrastructure hiccup somewhere along the way. Chaturbate Status says that there's been a partial outage for the last couple of weeks which seems like a relatively long time for a site like this.
