Modifications for Better Human Pleasure Slaves
I have been world-building a Sci-Fi world where, at some point in the year 20XX, Earth is invaded by an alien empire known as the Dathians with the intent of conquest to further expand their domain. At the same time, humanity being on the planet is considered a significant bonus due to the society that is invading them containing slaver guilds whom have a significant amount of influence in their current political system and way of life. Part of the reason that the existence of humanity on Earth is considered a significant bonus rather than merely a nice bonus is that I intend for humanity to effectively be the green alien space babes of the setting, akin to Twi-leks from Star Wars.
The reason for this is that within this universe, I intend for the majority of species to be mono-gendered hermaphrodites; though species with multiple sexes are not unheard of, they are merely rare. Humanity, on the other hand, is only made up of those 'other' sexes. Due to the rarity of those other sexes, humanity has an exotic appeal to them no matter which sex an alien species in this universe might find sexy. In addition, when made into slaves, they lack a way of defending themselves with natural weaponry, do not possess monstrous strength, have decent-sized genitals and genital passages for use by hermaphroditic species or even other sexes, an all-year mating season, exceptional endurance and stamina and little to no fur to hide their sensual bodies.
However, I have a faction of slavers, a new and upstart group of mercs turned entrepreneurial slavers whom see humanity and want to make them even more sexy. The reason why is so that they can breed the humans with their provided gene mods in order to create the next big slave product to sell on the galactic market as luxury pleasure slaves.
The current batch of modifications that I have them intending to have the humans undergo is the following:

These are most of the ideas that I have for the modifications that would be made to the humans in order to make them luxury pleasure slaves to sell on the market once they have established a self-renewing breeding population on a newly colonized planet. It is also intended for them to at least partially assist in food production through lactation, to supplement their own cattle feed.
In addition, a part of the reason why the humans, especially human males, are being modified in this way is at least partially due to the conquering species' (the Dathian's) biases in favour of more feminine-looking males, since they are one of the uncommon species with two sexes. They have Hermaphrodites and feminine-looking males, whom they often enslaved and used in nearly every slave role in society until, more recently, robots have been slowly replacing the more menial slave roles in highly built-up systems.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to further modify the humans to serve as better pleasure slaves in this universe, I would love to hear them. Or even if you're just curiosity about the current state of this universe (though I am somewhat early on in the world building), though this post is mostly focused on how to best modify humans to make them better pleasure slaves.
