issue with dolls eye

one of my dolls eyes accidentally got turned around a fair bit and now the eye colour isnt showing..its just showing all white,

is there a safe or maybe sort of easy way to correct this >?

i tried to fix it myself bur cant seem to get the eye turned properly.
