A very long nozzle that at the tip spewing out water to the direction of backwards so it acts like a rocket ship going deeper and deeper until inserting full length when it will hit a big chunk to the asshole. At this point it should start acting more like a normal enema and fill you to the brim

Its a very bdsm idea but i think its a very good idea also the reason i am writing this is advice for material or additional ideas
