Was sent a DM for a bundle containing 5 pictures and 5 videos for $35. She said each video was "full length, not teasers". Purchased the bundle and each video was at least 10 seconds long. Now I'm just really frustrated and regretful
Update: Sent screenshots of our conversation to support and they responded saying they didn't break the community guidelines so there goes my chance of getting refunded.
