Hey I wanted to ask you if enema is worth buying. I've considered it before but didn't really think much about it. I've done bloating ,air inflation and even shower house. My main problem with the shower house enema is the fact that I couldn't hold it in long.... I've heard that enema is safer and it could help with holding the water longer. Is that true?

Also what's the deal with baking soda and lemon juice I've read about it on this sub but didn't really get deeper into it.
