Firstly, I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has reached out, commented, messaged over the last few days! All your kind words are more appreciated than I could ever express with words!! So thank you to everyone, you are what make this such an amazing sub….the kind, caring and genuine people of MAD 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Secondly, I’ve seen and been made aware of afew posts regarding men’s mental health over the last couple of days and honestly it’s filled my heart that people aren’t suffering in silence and speaking up on how they feel! I know the stigma is still around but as men we are getting better at opening up. It’s NEVER weak to admit how you’re feeling, if you’re struggling, if you need help!!! Chances are there’s someone’s feeling very similar to how you are, or they’ve been in a similar place in the past so they can sympathise with how you are feeling!

I’ve struggled deeply since my early teenage years and have been through some very dark times, so my DM’s are always open for anyone who wants a safe space to talk, to vent, whatever you may need.

MEN PLEASE DON’T SUFFER IN SILENCE, WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER!
