I am now clean for 14 days. I was sniffing around 3x 80mg a day before. How low is my tolerance now? Will 40mg already be too much?

Does anyone know whats the best way to „Drink“ oxydolor (polish) 80mg. They are „delay“ the active ingredient is released in about 12h. But you can crush and sniff them if you scratch off the outer layer. Can i just prepare them like I do if i sniff and but them in some soda? What about the Bioavailability?
