I finally pulled my belly button out . . .
Long time lurker here, first time sharing a story.
I'm a guy with a tall and athletic build (11% bf, visible abs), but I carry my weight in the midsection. Because of this, I have a very deep belly button (15mm). It's pretty detailed with many lines on the sides and small nubbin in the middle. Above the nubbin (the 15mm depth), it goes even deeper into a slit. I don't know if it didn't heal right at birth or what. Pushing around in there often caused a sharp pain behind my belly button, like something's wrong. Imagine how that would make someone feel who has watched/read countless videos and stories of people playing with their belly buttons! It's like, I have this kink/fetish (whatever you wanna call it), but I can't partake in it myself to the level I want to. Ugh!
In any case, what turns me on the most is turning an innie into an outie. Two girlfriends in the past allowed me to do this to them and it was absolutely amazing. I've always dreamed of doing this to myself, but because of my belly button I didn't think it was possible. I didn't want to use an extractor for fear of it sucking too hard and herniating what might be a messed up belly button to begin with. Some people on here have talked about using a cut-off syringe, and I've seen a few videos of it too.
Eventually it got to the point where I couldn't stop myself. I bought a syringe, cut off the top, and began playing, cautiously. I inserted the syringe deep into my belly button and extracted the plunger about 1 little line. The knot of my belly button rose slightly. I tentatively played here for a few minutes, depressing the plunger and pulling it back up again. When I felt comfortable, I raised the plunger to the next little line. The sides of my belly button squished in, making it look like a coffee bean. This was pretty cool and to my surprise didn't hurt at all! I continued experimenting, reseating the syringe after each time. Then I raised the plunger again. The knot of my belly button rose slightly into a coffee bean, the sides folding in. Then, as I went to the next little line, the lower portion of the coffee bean presented itself, rising up higher than the sides.
It looked super interesting and still no pain. After playing here for a good while and feeling my heart pound in my chest, I reset everything and tried again. This time I pulled the plunger out even further. The messed up coffee bean presented itself, then almost immediately, the knot of my belly button popped out. Like, holy crap. It just shot up. It was pulled so tight that the little nubbin and all the lines of detail almost vanished. The only detail that remained was the small slit I spoke of earlier, though barely visible. It was a full outie, though level with my stomach, having been pulled out a full 15mm. It probably would have been a protruding outie if I were a bit leaner. I'm embarrassed to say that this freaked me out and I depressed the plunger almost as soon as I saw my belly button pulled out.
My belly button sunk back in immediately. After swearing never to do this again, I did just the opposite and continued pulling it out, over and over. It got to the point where I tried slipping my fingers under the syringe and holding on to my popped out belly button. It kind of worked. I was able to hold my belly button out, but the center dropped in, looking like a volcano. Not what I wanted. I wanted the whole nubbin to stay out. That's what interests me: seeing the whole inside of the belly button come out.
People on here have tied their belly buttons out with string or even used a small rubber band. I'll admit I've fantasized about doing this myself. Would it work? I put a small rubber band around the barrel of the syringe, doubled it over, and tried. It didn't work. My belly button sunk in immediately. I tried a few times, much to my displeasure. Finally, I tried tripling the rubber band. I slid it off the barrel very slowly, first one side, then the next, being careful not to release the pressure. When I thought I'd gotten the rubber band off the entire barrel, I released the plunger. My belly button didn't go down. I moved the syringe. Holy shit, I had an outie. A full outie, full nubbin and all, everything exposed, nothing caving in at the middle. My heart slammed in my chest. It felt like I'd run a marathon.
First thing I noticed was how hard my outie was. I gently probed the top. It felt like a rock. I don't know if the rubber band was too tight or what or if this is natural. Maybe some people can enlighten me. The sides were really hard too when I squeezed them a bit. I'm going to have to focus on cardio and shred up so it'll stick out more if I try this again. Seeing it pulled out was amazing, but I want it to protrude, not be even with my stomach.
In any case, I pulled the rubber band off. My belly button sunk in as soon as the pressure was released. The sides of it still looked like they were protruding though. Maybe they were squished or swollen? They went down after I prodded them a bit with my finger.
So yeah, that's my experience. Thanks for letting me share it. I'm super excited I got up the courage to finally pull it out, and to tie it out as well! I wasn't expecting to do that. Guess I got a little carried away? Thankfully, I didn't feel any pain at all. I'd definitely like to do it again, but I want to drop a few more % of bf first so I can get that protruding outie.
