My daughter loves Halloween. So yesterday she came to visit specifically to go Halloween shopping. She lives in a small town 3 hrs away. So of course i had to dress up and go with her. It was actually the first time i got to spend time with her as Veronica. It was a fun time and good memory.
Lately I’ve into jumper dresses. I purchased a denim one on Sunday morning. Then wore it that afternoon. It is the third one I’ve purchased recently. They are so cute and SO COMFY. I just love them.
On my outing this weekend. I put a bit more shimmer in my eye makeup than I normally do. I think it turned out very well.
I styled my outfit around my favorite Red Skirt. While at Kroger a lady told me I looked very cute and she loved the bow in my hair. Made my day. 🥰❤️
This weekend I styled my look around the color Red. I’ve been wanting to wear one of my favorite skirts. Plus I just got this cute pink top. So I went for it. I added red nails, used my Rosey eye palette, wore my pink watch and jewelry, as well as my red headband with bow and polka dots, plus Ruby Red lipstick. I was going to wear my red flats but they clashed, so I went with my black ones instead. I like how it turned out. What do you think ?🤔
Doing my weekend shopping. Dressed all in Reds and pinks. Including my using the Rosey palette I got a couple of weeks ago.
I got this top a few weeks ago. I first wore it out with a denim skirt and my brown sandals (last pic). It looked ok but I wasn't fully satisfied with the look. This week I wore it out again but paired it with my Black skirt and black flats. Much better. Even got a compliment on it that really made my day.
My wonderful wife had gotten me some Jerome Alexander-self adjusting foundation and it was great stuff. Unfortunately I have run out. While it's nice, it's kinda pricey. I am a frugal person so I was looking for a good substitute at a better price. I found it. I bought the Almay Ageless Smart Shade Foundation at Walmart for half the price. It worked wonderfully. It goes on white then adapts to your skin tone. So if you are looking for a new foundation, I would highly recommend it.
Got dressed up in a new brown dress and did a mall crawl today. I did a base of browns for my eyes and topped it with some glittery brown as well as brown liner and mascara.
It was such a nice day. I had to get out. So I got my new dress and went on a mall crawl, had lunch and went to the park. All in all a good day out.
I've been going out dressed for a little over a year now. In that time I have really come to appreciate comfortable dresses (and shoes...). I recently got this jumper dress. This weekend was the first time I wore it out. I paired it with my Pink t-shirt and my comfy black flats. The top was form fitting and snug and the skirt hung from just under my bust so it looked really nice and flattering on me. It just felt good to wear it.
Got this jumper dress at Sam's Club and finally took it out to wear today. It is so comfortable! Plus it fits me so nicely. A great shopping outfit.
Got a new Eye Color Palette. A collection of Rosey colors. They are all so pretty I had a hard time choosing which ones to wear. I settled for a darker lid a light upper eye with a little shimmer in the corners and blended into the lids. Then my regular brown liner, mascara and brows. Then my regular Rosey blush. Then finished my look off with my Almay Lipvibes 'Be Strong' Lipstick. Then went shopping in my new black Jumper Dress.
I just got this dress and I absolutely love it!! So comfy and casual.
A while back I found a Cinnamon Toast Crunch themed palette. It has some really nice brown tones some purples, as well as some gold and red. I have used this with some good results. Now I am starting to truly branch out and get more serious about my makeup. So I bought a couple of good palettes this weekend. A Rosey one and a nudes one. In the mean time though I used my C.T.C. One for this look.
Found a cute overall dress at a thrift store last week. Got to wear it on my shopping putting this past weekend. I paired it with one of my polka dot tops.
Been more experimental with my makeup lately. This weekend I started with a red lid. Then put purple on the top part of my eye. Blended that then put a pink shade on top of everything then blended it all together. It wasn’t perfect but I’m getting better at it.
In preparation for our cookout to celebrate the 4th. I did some shopping. Of course I had to do a Red White and Blue outfit. I changed up my makeup a little bit. This time I went with sparkly pinks on my eyes. A bit warmer foundation. Plus my very Red “Lady Boss” lipstick. White Pearls on my necklace, bracelet and earrings. Red headband, shoes and Blue denim skirt. Even got a cute pin to wear. Was told by one lady that I Looked Festive.
Went to a Pride variety show at the Theater last night. Did my makeup to go with the Red Leopard print top I wore. Used my Rose Palette and went a little bolder than usual. Had a very good result that went great with my outfit.
