What are some intense positions on the ground?
I learned to tie at my local club, from simple ties on the ground up to interesting suspensions, but I've noticed that my "catalogue" regarding intense and painful-but-in-a-good-way positions on the ground is lacking. The more basic courses I followed avoided positions that were too intense on the body, while the more advanced courses focused mostly on suspensions and partial suspensions.
That, coupled with the fact that I'm still learning how the body of a bottom that likes pain a bit more reacts to the ropes in different situations, makes it hard for me to come up with interesting sessions.
Do you have any hints or resources that could help me?
