So I dont have a solid base for the start of the story. Thats something I want to figure out together. However for the core of the story I want to have it focused around the idea of a Femboy that I am playing getting his nuts infested. Becoming a broodmother in a way for whatever decided to make their new nest his body (maybe even multiple things!). Im good with lots of different things doing the infestation.
