I've written these posts before. Too many times. Usually I'll get one good partner from it that will last six months, a year, sometimes two. With the recent departure of one of my friends from the scene, here I am again with a slot to fill. Which slot? Good question! (I think I'm funny)
Generally my style can be classified as advanced literate or novella. 800 words per post has been my average this year, though I have absolutely smashed that a number of times. This is the same level of effort and energy I expect in partners!
With that out of the way, what am I NOT looking for:
- Short term partners in it for a week then disappearing
- RPs centered around sex
- Rapid paced back and forth messages
- 'hey wanna rp' messages
- Partners who don't care about writing quality
- Inexperienced partners (I'm sorry, I don't have it in me right now to help boost people to my writing level)
- People who take themselves too seriously
Some things that will get you blocked:
- Messages less than a meaningful paragraph.
- Asking about specific prompts immediately
- Discussions of kinks
- Images of any kind, especially *that* kind
Now that I sound like an absolute bitch, I really like forming friendships with my partners, brainstorming sessions, talking ooc, sharing references, creating art, and more. I check up on my partners frequently just to make sure they are doing alright and drinking enough water, not because I'm clingy, but because we're friends.
So let's circle back to the prompt part of things...
I love fantasy, pseudo-historical, and fantasy for settings. I already live in modern life (and I do have a life), so I find those posts a little less interesting. Did you catch that I'm a fantasy girlie?
Enemies to lovers is my personal favorite trope, though there are many many more I enjoy creating, mixing, and matching.
Lately I have been playing something of an edgelord in long form rps, which I totally don't mind doing, but I want to have something a little softer in terms of characters I am maining. I'm happy to play the edgelord, but I am not looking to take on a(nother) domme role at the moment.
What I AM looking for:
- Long term contemplation
- Story writers and dreamers
- Quality over quantity, but also quantity
- Friendly partners who are flexible with crafting things together
- Partners who have standards and strive for them
I'm almost done rambling, I promise...
In final notes, I am happy to send a writing sample if you also provide one to see if we match. I'm only interested in writing with cis fem partners, that's what I'm comfortable with. I can't do the reddit chats more than I absolutely have to, and with messages gone... so is my platform involvement for the most part.
